This class introduces children to creative movement and very basic ballet positions and terminology. We begin sitting in a circle, doing a series of stretches accompanied by music and visual imagery. Slowly we stand and work on ballet positions and moving across the floor.
Girls’ Dress Code: Solid-Color Leotard, Ballet Pink or Skin Tone Footed Tights, Pink or Skin Tone Ballet Slippers.
Boys’ Dress Code: White T-Shirt, Black Tights or Leggings, Black Ballet Slippers.
